We build the content from your work
No ready-made slides. We look beforehand at the work you actually do and where the time goes, and the workshop is built from those situations. The most requested topic right now is AI in everyday work: what it bends to, what it doesn't, and where to start.
Workshops are for doing, not listening
Participants do their own work, guided, on their own tools. Half a day or a full day, for a small group. By the end, everyone has at least one thing already in use.
Advisory is thinking out loud
A one-to-one conversation for an owner or a lead: a decision, a direction or a situation that's easier to think through with someone. Once, or at agreed intervals, at your pace.
What you learn stays with you
Every workshop ends with a written summary and instructions that keep the learning in use without us. The goal is that you manage on your own, not that you need us again.
