Situation review

Something could work better, but it's hard to say what. The work is getting done, the results won't move. There are more options than grounds to choose between them. This is what the situation review is for: a bounded piece of work that names the real problem before anyone promises anything. Here's how it goes.

  1. You describe your situation

In your own words, no preparation. A short conversation is enough to start: 25 minutes, free, no strings. It's also where we agree whether a review is worth doing at all.

  2. We go through your business

What you sell, to whom and at what price, how the work flows and where the time actually goes. We talk with you and, where useful, your key people, and we look at the numbers and materials.

  3. We name the real problem

We don't produce a general analysis: we find what's actually wrong, and we show our reasoning. You get the review in writing: the problem named, a justified order of work and the shortest path to a solution.

  4. You decide what happens next

The result is yours whether you continue with us or not. You can carry on with us, hand it to someone else, or conclude that a small change is enough. And if something is best left undone, you'll know that too.

Book a short conversation and describe your situation. We'll tell you plainly whether a review is worth doing.
